MUAR, Feb 23 (Bernama) -- The Education Ministry's transformation of the school curriculum is aimed at sparking creative and innovative ideas among students, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said.

The Education Minister said the transformation would stress on the acquisition of knowledge via fun learning and would not be examination oriented.

"With the transformation of curriculum, the learning process in classes will not be dominated by teachers.

"The learning process will prioritise interaction between students, teachers and classmates to spark creative and innovative ideas," he said here Tuesday.
